JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Okome School is a small village school where the culture of collaboration in a K-6 perspective is significant. The school is in a positive development process related to several areas to increase safety, well-being, and the school's goal fulfillment. Collegial learning is based on classroom leadership, the school is implementing a reading initiative, and we are building a support organization to ultimately create a school for all. We focus on the quality of teaching and work with common lesson structures to enhance safety and study peace in the unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

Teacher certification with qualifications for grades 1-6. We are looking for someone with broad subject competence and qualifications in English. If you have experience working in Flex/studio operations, this is considered an advantage.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
